Oh, I love those list you have, except I have no idea what Sans Rival is.
I have to add coconut pineapple Haagen Daz.
I can't say I've tried #1...but I like Tiramisu from Cheesecake Factory. Very fatty and overpriced. :)
I like casava cake too.
